With 15+ years of experience in creative production, I work across culture and education — initiating and developing programs, events, and community-driven projects from concept and storytelling to execution, combining creative direction and hands-on DIY practice (my favourite part) with strong coordination and management.

Mosgorbike Cocoa Ride
A joyful community-driven cycling experience for families: kids ride together through the city, parents follow, and the journey ends with cocoa, DIY-workshops, and a moment to slow down and be together.
Box «You Say We Do»
A simple but powerful feedback tool at European Gymnasium turning voices into action: anyone can share a question, idea, or concern and receive a public response — often leading to real changes in the space and community's life. 
National Food Day
A monthly project bringing culture to life through food: each time the cafeteria becomes a new region, with its flavors, atmosphere, and small shared rituals.


Family Service Day
A community festival inspired by the IB concept of service — a shared space of talks, films, and hands-on activities where small actions turn into meaningful support: from letters to elderly people to recycling initiatives, building shelters for stray dogs and landscaping works.
Street Culture Festival
Graffiti and freestyle, woodworking and mosaics, domino and backgammon, ping-pong and pétanque, swaps and a fashion show — along with DIY activities, street food, and live music. The school yard comes alive, turning into a place shaped by street culture and teenage energy.

Summer city camps
An urban time-travel journey for children, exploring historical eras through art and science — from the ancient world to the present day.
The program combines imagination, experiments, hands-on projects, sport and culminating in a large immersive exhibition and an ice cream party.
«Dushno» festival — kids program 
A series of playful, curiosity-driven and ironic workshops for kids, created as part of a summer «anti-festival» of literature, science, and debate at the Peredelkino House of writers — from exploring worms to weaving and calligraphy.
School exchanges
A cross-cultural travel program for teenagers, connecting partner schools from different regions. Students come together to explore new environments, exchange experiences, and co-create through workshops, cultural programs, and shared practices.
Radioooooo Eurogym 
A school-based media project where students and teachers co-create content about school life. The platform combines internal formats — from a morning show («You Say We Do») and event digests to short audio stories — with podcasts for a wider audience on topics such as modern education, teenage career expectations and youth culture.
DIY disco teens party
An alternative underground Valentine’s party for teenagers, built around nostalgia and pop and rock-culture references — a cardboard Tsoi wall, Love Is chewing gum, a perfectly awkward playlist and a free, expressive atmosphere.

«Manufacture of culture»: premiere screening
A curated evening for urbanists, architects, and cultural practitioners, built around a documentary on how abandoned factories were reimagined as cultural spaces.
The event created a space for dialogue on large-scale cultural transformation and the role of visionaries in reshaping cities.
«First money»: conference for teens
A conference for teenagers initiated by
KASKAD project school about first jobs and early career decisions — combining expert talks (professionals from HR, education, culture, nonprofit sectors, blogers and opinion makers), honest conversations about fears and expectations, and practical tools like CV workshops, portfolio sessions, and visits to real workplaces.
Corpus Books Bazaar Day
An annual book bazaar by one of Russia’s leading publishing houses Corpus books — a vibrant mix of book sales, author encounters, poetry, live music, and a touch of joyful chaos under the rustle of pages.

SMM for «Power of territory»
Social media storytelling for a project creating expeditions and journeys around the world — turning lived experience into words, sharing stories from the field, behind-the-scenes moments, and creating content for social platforms.
TG-channel for school community
An internal space for students and teachers — a mix of updates, rules, jokes, and everyday content that builds a shared culture outside of class.
Kindergarten sign
A small but thoughtful intervention — a gentle rewrite of a typical «no parking» notice into a warm, slightly ironic message, highlighting that parents and staff are part of the same community.
